All icons available in our store are authentic, hand-painted Byzantine artworks created with traditional techniques. Because each piece is 100% handmade, slight variations in color, brushwork, or wood texture may occur. While we make every effort to display the colors and details of our icons accurately through high-resolution photography, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique, handmade nature of the artwork.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices on our store are listed in Euros (€). We reserve the right to modify the prices of our artworks at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a certified and encrypted payment gateway. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card information.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot manipulate invoice values or mark items as "gifts" to bypass legal customs procedures.
5. Shipping Restrictions
As noted in our Shipping Policy, we are temporarily unable to fulfill or ship orders to the United States due to current postal service restrictions (ELTA). Any orders placed with a US delivery address will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, logos, and the physical artworks themselves, is the intellectual property of Sacred Greek Icons. When you purchase an icon, you are buying the physical artwork for personal use or display. You do not acquire the copyright or the right to reproduce, copy, or distribute images of the artwork commercially.

Sacred Greek Icons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased through our site shall be limited to the purchase price of the product you paid.
