While we proudly offer Free Standard Shipping to most of the world, the mandatory use of private couriers for the US incurs significantly higher costs. To support our American patrons, we absorb a large portion of this expense, offering a heavily discounted flat-rate premium shipping of just $30 for all US orders. Order Processing & Preparation
Every Byzantine icon is a unique, hand-painted piece of art. Once your order is placed, please allow [1 to 3] business days for preparation before dispatch. This time is necessary to apply the final protective varnish and allow it to properly cure, ensuring your icon is perfectly sealed and safe for transit.
Secure Packaging We treat every icon with the utmost respect. Your icon will be carefully wrapped in protective materials, cushioned securely, and placed in a sturdy box to guarantee it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.
Shipping & Tracking We ship worldwide from Greece. As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a dispatch email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number on our website's tracking page or the courier's official website to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

Damaged in Transit
We pack our icons meticulously, but in the rare event that your icon arrives damaged, please contact us at sacredgreekicons@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you immediately to resolve the issue, either by replacing the icon or issuing a refund.
